When do groups meet?

Mondays
1st and 3rd Mondays 9 to 11 am ET with Kathy – open (My time zone)
1st and 3rd Mondays 1 to 3 pm ET with Martha – wait list (My time zone)
2nd and 4th Mondays 10 to noon ET with Kathy – wait list (My time zone)

Tuesdays
1st and 3rd Tuesdays 7 to 9 pm ET for couples Kanya – wait list (My time zone)
2nd and 4th Tuesdays 7 to 9 pm ET with Kan – open (My time zone)
2nd and 4th Tuesdays 8 to 10 am ET with Martha – wait list (My time zone)
Four Tuesdays 11 to 1 pm ET with Anisha – open (My time zone)

Wednesdays
1st and 3rd Wednesdays 10 to noon ET with Martha – wait list (My time zone)

Groups meet either two or four times a month, and we occasionally offer weekend or week-long intensives for those who want a more immersive experience. Each group has a maximum of 8 participants.

*Anisha’s groups meet weekly and are for leaders, facilitators, trainers, and therapists to learn experientially and conceptually how to work with group dynamics. The last 30 minutes are for debriefing, exploring group dynamics, and discovering new concepts.

Investment

For groups that meet twice a month, your investment is $150 per month, and for groups that meet four times a month, $325. If that’s not possible, take a look at our sliding scale guidelines to determine your payment.
